In the case of a ticket becoming invalid you will receive either better/equivalent tickets or a full refund. Payment may be made by Debit Card, Credit Card or Paypal. Once payment has been received you will be sent a confirmation email with your receipt and delivery information. It is up to you to ensure you provide a correct and active email address when you register and permit our address (email@example.com) in your email provider. Delivery depends on the ticket bundles you have selected, your location and whether the tickets have been released for delivery by the vendor. S-Tickets are shipped to you by Royal Mail Tracked within 24hrs (UK) or by UPS Worldwide Courier within 48hrs (International). A signature is required on receipt. Shipping costs are set at a flat rate (inc VAT) depending on your location: UK £4.86 and International £30.00. You will be notified by email when your tickets are on the way. For E-Tickets (downloaded) and M-Tickets (accessed via a mobile phone app) you will receive an email notifying you that your ticket is available online along with simple instructions on how to retrieve it. It is up to you to permit our address (firstname.lastname@example.org) in your email provider to ensure you receive these notifications. Gigtix Gift Certificates are attached to the order and a notification is emailed to the buyer, within 2 working days. The gift certificate comes in the form of a one-page personalised gift presentation which can be printed. This is a replacement for the actual tickets unless we have them in hand ready to dispatch. The personalised gift presentation page does not constitute any access to the event and the actual tickets will be dispatched as per our usual terms and conditions. Seat Numbers Specific seats are an indication of location only and will be allocated once your order is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE THAT ON OCCASIONS IT CAN BE WITHIN A WEEK OF YOUR EVENT THAT YOUR TICKET IS DELIVERED TO YOU WHICHEVER DELIVERY METHOD IS CHOSEN. THIS IS DEPENDENT ON THE EVENT PROMOTER AND THE DISTRIBUTING AGENCY AS TO HOW PROMPT THEY ARE WITH THEIR DISPATCH TO US.
Prices include VAT and may be subject to additional shipping costs depending on the type of ticket you choose and your shipping location. Prices are set by Gigtix Ltd and may be lower or higher than the face value. Face value is the price printed on the ticket which is set by the event organiser, it is not a price available to the general public. The purchase price available to the general public will usually include further agency booking fees, transaction fees, delivery fees and can also include venue restoration levy’s.
All sales are final. However, in some circumstances, your ticket may be refundable. To find out if you can return a ticket you have purchased already for a full or part refund, navigate to Account / My Tickets and select the ticket order you wish to return. Whether the ticket is ‘Refundable’ or ‘Non-refundable’ is displayed clearly on every ticket. If it is refundable, complete the refund request form. We will be in touch promptly to assist you.
