Roger Waters

One of the best singer/songwriter/musicians that the UK has produced. Roger Waters was born during the Second World War and at the tender age of 23 was integral in forming one of the greatest rock bands of all time, “Pink Floyd”. For seventeen years the band had huge success with massive hits such as “Another Brick In The Wall”, “Comfortably Numb” and “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” to name a few. Waters departure from the band in the early eighties was unfortunately acrimonious and went through the courts, all of which Waters has come to regret since, the band even came back to reform in 2005 for a special one off Hyde Park show. Since these times Waters has had a very successful solo career where he plays his own and Pink Floyd material. He has undertaken several world tours and embarks on his latest one in 2023, which is said to be his farewell to the UK.
