Regarding Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final but full refunds minus transaction fees will be granted on event cancellation. If an event is rescheduled we would ensure the existing tickets were valid or provide new tickets. In exceptional circumstances, with valid proof, we would consider issuing a refund.
If you can no longer attend your event and wish to sell on your tickets please feel free to do so on one of the 3 dedicated ticketing exchanges where you can sell on your tickets, they are Viagogo, Stubhub and Gigsberg. You can list quickly and without the need for having your ticket in hand. We will simply deliver your ticket in the normal way and when received you can then pass on to your buyer.
