Regarding Refunds & Exchanges

As our tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled, we advise buyers to sell on their tickets if they cannot attend. This can be done on one of the dedicated ticketing exchanges. There is www.viagogo.co.uk, www.stubhub.co.uk or www.gigsberg.co.uk. You don’t need to have your tickets in hand and it takes just a few minutes to list. We will get your tickets to you in the normal way for you to pass on to your buyer, or in certain circumstances we can send them on directly to your buyer if you request it.
