A ‘Restricted Terms and Conditions’ event is where the rights holder of an event restricts the resale of tickets to a set of conditions that they stipulate. This means that their is a very slight possibility that they can cancel tickets if found to be in breach of these conditions. Such examples would be that they do not want their tickets sold above face value, that a strict limit on the maximum amount is advised or that the lead booker has to enter the event with everyone else. We do not sell tickets for lead booker events though we do sell for other events that may have terms which we would deem unfair in accordance with CMA guidance which we follow at all times. It is rare that we have ever had tickets cancelled but if we did then customers would be entitled to replacement equivalent or better tickets, or a full refund.
