The Botanic Gardens are home to the renowned glasshouse, Palm House and Tropical Ravine. Both growing a multitude of exotic plant species. The Palm House building was designed by Sir Charles Lanyon, who also helped design parts of nearby Queen’s University. The foundation stone was laid in 1839 and the two wings were completed in 1840 by leading ironmaster, Richard Turner. The dome was added in 1852. Today, the park is popular with residents, students and tourists alike and is an important venue for concerts, festivals and other events.

Purchasing Pricing Delivery Refunds Gifts

Special conditions may apply. View each ticket for more information. Commercial resale of tickets may not be allowed by the event organiser. Anyone purchasing resold tickets may have their tickets invalidated or may be refused entry to the event. In the case of either of these very rare eventualities you will receive either better/equivalent tickets or a full refund. Payment may be made by Debit Card, Credit Card. Once payment has been received you will be sent a confirmation email with your receipt and delivery information. It is up to you to ensure you provide a correct and active email address when you register and permit our address (messages@gigtix.uk.com) in your email provider. Event dates and times are subject to change. It is up to you to check local listings for updates. Specific seats are an indication of location only and will be allocated once your order is confirmed.

Prices include VAT and may be subject to additional shipping costs depending on the type of ticket you choose and your shipping location. Prices are set by Gigtix Ltd and may be lower or higher than the face value. Face value is the price printed on the ticket which is set by the event organiser, it is not a price available to the general public. The purchase price available to the general public will usually include further agency booking fees, transaction fees, delivery fees and can also include venue restoration levy’s.

Delivery depends on the tickets you have selected, how prompt the event promoter and distributing agency are with their dispatch to us and your location. Unless otherwise stated on the ticket: S-Tickets (shipped) may arrive to us from the event organisers up to 4 days before the event. Once received we then ship them to you by Royal Mail Tracked next business day (UK) or by UPS Worldwide Courier within 48hrs (International). Shipping costs are set at a flat rate (inc VAT) depending on your location: UK £3.30 and International £30.00. You will be notified by email when your tickets are dispatched. We will provide a tracking number so you can track them. For E-Tickets (downloaded) and M-Tickets (accessed via a mobile phone app) you will receive an email, before 48hrs of the event, notifying you that your tickets are available via your Gigtix Account or the relevant app along with simple instructions on how to retrieve them.

All sales are final. All tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled. In that case a refund less any transaction fees will be granted.

Gigtix gift certificates may be created and downloaded during checkout or on the order after successful payment. Gift certificates are not proof of purchase, do not transfer ownership of purchased tickets and cannot be used to gain entry to any event, be redeemed for cash in part or whole or be used to apply for a refund.
